Clifton Family Has Reunion

Robbers State Park near Wilburton has been the location for this year's reunion of
the family of Grace Clifton and the late John Clifton.

The fourteen children and their spouses present were Norma Jean and Jack Page of Cove,
Ark, Vera and Aundes McAlister of Suisun, Calif., Claude Clifton of Kiowa, Frank &
Reda Clifton of Lone Grove, Donald & Leta Clifton of Lawton, Sam & Geri Clifton of Union,
Iowa, Jim and Bobbie Clifton of Perrin, Texas, Fred and Connie Clifton of Wichita Falls,
Texas, Mary and Wayne Walker of Weatherford, Coy and Mona Clifton of Ponca City, Joyce
Treat of Soldotna, Alaska, Terri Clifton of Anchorage, Alaska, Joe and Carolyn Clifton
of Hugo and Roy Clifton of Ponca City.

Among the grandchildren attending were John and Cindy Page of Bells, Texas, Linda and
Donnie Lawrence of Tulsa, Susie and Rick Lott of Hennessey, Janice and Harold of Cove,
Ark, Chris Clifton, John, Carla and Alice Clifton, Kevin, Jeff and Sylvia Ann Clifton,
Lorie, Valorie, Dewayne & Wendy Clifton, Bryan, Kenny and Kathy Clifton, Sherie,
Melanie, and Julie Clifton, Shane and Michael Walker, Adam and Isaac Clifton, and
Johathan & Jeremy Treat. The great-grandchildren included Cheri Page and Jeremy
and Jason Lawrence. Others at the 1981 reunion were Claude and Ethyl McAlister of
Fairfield, Calif, Floyd and Vivian McAlister of Wilburton and Loretta.
